Puppies in the Village is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy details your rights to return products in accordance with consumer protection law.

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Product must be returned in its original packaging
• Refund will be processed within 14 days of cancellation notice

• Perishable food products
• Products specially made to order
• Opened software and CDs
• Opened personal hygiene products

3. מוצר פגום

In case of a defective product or one that differs from the description, you are entitled to a full refund without cancellation fees, including refund of shipping costs.
