Shipping Policy
We provide deliveries throughout the country via external shipping companies.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
Delivery times are estimated and may change due to congestion, delays from shipping companies, or circumstances beyond our control.
When the order is shipped, a tracking number may be sent to the customer according to the shipping company's availability.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details, address, and phone number entered at the time of ordering are correct and accurate.
In case of entering incorrect details, unavailability to receive the shipment, or package return — an additional charge for re-shipping may apply.
There may be exceptional areas where delivery time is longer according to the shipping company's policy.
In exceptional cases of force majeure, logistical delays, security situation, strikes, or circumstances beyond the company's control — delivery times may be extended and will not be considered a breach of commitment by the company.
